This Spring and Summer, BlackRock Center for the Arts and Love Source Yoga bring you monthly Yoga, Wellness and Wine combining an hour of yoga where wellness topics are thoughtfully weaved throughout the practice followed by an opportunity to connect with others (and drink wine) good for mind, body & soul.
Yoga is for everyBODY. Now more than ever we need to find LOVE for ourselves and others. Jess will guide you to tap into acceptance of where you are in the present moment, letting go of the past, or future worry, allowing yourself to JUST BE. We will move in a vinyasa flow style, using breath, movement, stillness and music as our guides to open physical, mental & emotional tension. Through conscious connection to your HEART, be prepared to feel inspired, nurtured and in touch with yourself.
Following class, the focus on YOU continues. The fee includes a glass of wine and selection of healthy snacks where class themes focused on wellness will be explored while chatting with other like-minded yogis and teacher Jess Apo. Mudra, Mantra & Meditation | Mondays | 7:30 am |
Join me and start your work week out right! This 30 minute class will include mudras (hand gestures), mantra (powerful affirmations or sounds & vibration) and meditation to facilitate the flow of energy in the subtle body and enhance one's journey within as we navigate through these challenging times.

In this 60 minute class we will build and focus on transformation with focus on our fire center. The practice will include both mat work and classic yoga postures with varied core exercises to take your flow to a new level.
Morning Vinyasa | Thursdays | 7:00 am |
Prepare for your day ahead connecting breath and movement flowing through sun salutations and a series of postures that will help you stretch the body, mind, and spirit awakening JOY in your heart.
Vinyasa Flow | Saturday | 9:00 am |
Prepare to link breath with movement through a flowing sequence of asanas with dynamic sequencing and fluid transition. Breathwork and meditation will be weaved seamlessly into the class. (60 minutes)
Prenatal Yoga | On demand video library (Marvelous, registration above)
Students will use asana (postures) safe for pregnancy, pranayama (breathing techniques) to prepare for childbirth and beyond, relaxation and meditation techniques to create a calmer birth experience. This class is appropriate for all trimesters. (60 minutes)
